How we work
We charge for waste wood collections by the cubic yard.
We collect in a 12 yd3 vehicle; larger collections by arrangement.
We aim to collect within 48 hours of your call.
We provide Waste Transfer Notes.
We invoice monthly.
Certificates of Recycling are issued to display the amount of waste you have diverted from landfill.

Furniture and shopfitting items Pallets and Wooden Packaging We collect pallets and wooden packaging for a small charge. Please call for details on pricing, which depends on amounts and distances. Pallets and packaging waste are chipped for fuel and mulches, but we have to cover the costs charged to us for this means of disposal.
Collection Service Area We operate within a 15-mile radius around Brighton & Hove, Sussex.
Nationwide Collections If you are outside the Sussex area, please contact the National Community Wood Recycling Project to find a service near you.
Please remember that we do not receive any funding or financial support to recycle wood - we have to pay our way, so we have to charge for this service!
Free Collections
That said, we can make collections free of charge at our discretion. To be eligible for a free collection you must have timber which is clean and large enough to be reusable, and in sufficient quantity to make it a viable collection. If you would like to request a free collection then remember to allow time for us to fit you into our normal schedule of paid work.
