The wood recycling store is a fantastic resource for my design work; weathered, used materials are an essential part of my distinctive style, and help to create fantastic textural contrasts. The warmth of these materials take the harder edges off contemporary design and help to make them feel that little bit more human."Our recycled wood has been used by eco-designer Oliver Heath in many different ways:

Eco Homes Exhibition, Geffrye Museum, East London

Oliver designed and co-curated Eco Homes exhibition at the Geffrye Museum, London in February 2010. The exhibition examines the impact of the environment on our homes and suggests a number of ways in which households can reduce their carbon emissions. It envestigates not only the practical resource saving (gas, water, electricity) aspects, but also how new materials will make our homes more eco conscious. It culminates in a display of beautiful designer-maker pieces which demonstrate the growing culture and diversity of Eco Chic.

In October 2009, Oliver designed and presented a feature for ITV called Throw Away Future; for which he created the fireplace feature wall and headboard below from our recycled wood.
